We provide a way to keep track of all Business Associates, and automate the communications with them, allowing assessments and agreements to be pushed out to them, with automatically created reports and risk scores, an inventory of the personal information and other types of information assets they have access to and/or possess, track key personnel and other critical information about the vendor relationship. Our system creates a graphic timeline of the relationship with each vendor and key activities. A repository can store all contracts, audits, logs, attestations and other documentation necessary to determine the vendors are performing appropriate information security and privacy due diligence. This part of the SEQUIO360 system also includes a way to communicate with the vendors, keep all communications in a secure central repository, and establish notices for key events determined and set by our SEQUIO360 clients.
